		<description>We went to the neighbour who borders the highway, but they didn&#039;t seem to want to get involved; said that part of the land was &quot;park land&quot; and they would have to get it surveyed to see which part they owned.  It got fairly complicated, so we decided to let it go and not pester them about it.  Our property doesn&#039;t border the highway, so we didn&#039;t have an option to put it on our property...

It&#039;s not too complicated of a process - submit forms to Department of Transportation, who forwards the paperwork to the highways department - but you have to stay on top of it, or it can get lost in the shuffle...  this is when nagging helps.</description>

(You&#039;ll have to buy a little patch of land 3 feet square right next to the highway shoulder just for your sign.) ps I always wondered where all those little A signs came from.</description>
